Accepted forms of payment can be viewed at the bottom of our website. Cash and personal checks with ID are accepted. 

Lumos is now accepting CareCredit. For qualified applicants, you can now apply for CareCredit with our staff. We suggest emailing or calling when making an appointment if interested in financing your purchase. Financed purchase details will be done at the time of the appointment.
