Masks required

Due to COVID-19, we are currently only accepting customers by appointment. This ensures you get one-on-one time with our optician while maintaining all recommended social distancing practices. We take every precaution to bring you a clean and sanitized environment, which includes the sterilization of every frame after every appointment. 

Our staff wears personal protective equipment and will require all guests to wear a face covering the entire duration of the appointment. We will provide a mask while supplies last, but limited only to one customer per visit. We also ask that no additional people accompany you during your appointment, unless they are a member of your household. We will also limit the total number of people to no more than four at one time, excluding staff.

Update: We are no longer requiring masks for vaccinated customers. Please be mindful when coming to the shop and continue to do a self-assessment for any symptoms. Hand sanitizer will be available to use before and after your visit. Our staff will continue to wear masks for the comfort of all our customers. Although we will continue to be by appointment, we are available for same day appointments as our schedule allows. Please contact us via phone/text to check our availability.
