BOOK AN APPOINTMENT DURING COVID-19

COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to COVID-19, we are currently only accepting customers by appointment. This ensures you get one-on-one time with our optician while maintaining all recommended social distancing practices. We take every precaution to bring you a clean and sanitized environment, which includes the sterilization of every frame after every appointment.

Our staff wears personal protective equipment and will require all guests to wear a face covering the entire duration of the appointment. We will provide a mask while supplies last, but limited only to one customer per visit. We also ask that no additional people accompany you during your appointment, unless they are a member of your household. We will also limit the total number of people to no more than four at one time, excluding staff.

As part of our cleaning practices, we will disinfect all surfaces that come into contact with both staff and our guests. This will be done prior and after all appointments. We also do a weekly deep clean, as part of our normal process in maintaining overall cleanliness.

It is the responsibility of our customers to inform us of any illness or symptoms that may be the result of possible exposure to COVID-19. Please do a self check of possible symptoms prior to your visit (link to free self-check below). We ask that an appointment be cancelled 24 hours in advance. However, we understand this may not always be possible and encourage customers to cancel any appointment as necessary.

Our mission in everything we do is a commitment to total transparency. This includes sharing information about a possible exposure or confirmed positive cases with either staff or customers. We will share this information individually with affected customers, as well as publicly on our social media accounts.

The health and safety of our staff is paramount, as is that of our community. Please join us in practicing social distancing, washing hands regularly and wearing a face covering while in public. We will continue to monitor all safety recommendations and implement any changes as necessary.

We are in this together and only together when we all take the appropriate precautions, can we protect ourselves, and most importantly, all of our neighbors.

Much Love, Lumos
